We are looking for a structured, proactive, and customer-focused Project Manager to manage a portfolio of small to mid-size projects within Aftersales and New Build / Capital Sales. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical understanding, commercial awareness, and strong coordination skills in a fast-moving marine or industrial environment. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects in parallel, typically around 30 active projects at different stages of completion. These may include customer deliveries, upgrades, replacements, service-related projects, equipment packages, spare parts-related project scopes, and new build project commitments. You will act as the key coordination point between customers, internal sales teams, engineering, procurement, logistics, service teams, finance, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. Your main responsibility is to ensure that each project is delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality expectations, and invoicing milestones. This position requires a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining a clear overview of deadlines, risks, customer expectations, and internal commitments.
You are a structured and solution-oriented Project Manager who can maintain control of many moving parts at the same time. You are comfortable working in an environment where priorities may change, deadlines are important, and different stakeholders may have competing expectations. You are able to balance customer focus with internal requirements and commercial discipline. You communicate clearly, elevate issues when needed, and take ownership of follow-up until problems are resolved. You enjoy working collaboratively but are also capable of driving progress independently. To succeed in this role, you should be able to: Prioritize effectively across many concurrent projects, maintain structure and overview in a complex project portfolio, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, stay calm and constructive when facing setbacks or urgent issues, build trust with customers through transparency, reliability, and professional follow-up, work with a continuous improvement mindset, balance quality, cost, delivery time, and customer satisfaction.
