TICRA is seeking a Project and Release Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive software releases and major external projects across engineering, product, and commercial functions.

You will translate priorities into realistic plans, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and specialist capacity. Based in Copenhagen, English is the working language and Danish is not required.

Join TICRA in a newly established role and plan, coordinate, and drive software releases and major external projects across technical, product, and commercial functions.

Create clarity and predictability in complex delivery
As Project and Release Manager, you will join TICRA's Engineering Excellence domain and report to the Domain Lead. You will coordinate TICRA Tools software releases and manage major external projects, including offset programmes and larger ESA activities, from initial planning through delivery and closure. Maintaining an integrated overview of scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and specialist capacity, you will translate product priorities and contractual commitments into realistic plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and reporting. Working closely with Product Managers, technical leads, commercial functions, and other key stakeholders, you will create clarity around ownership and release readiness, drive timely decisions, and elevate when scope, resources, and timelines do not align. You will also strengthen TICRA's project and release practices through pragmatic structures, transparent reporting, and effective use of tools such as Jira and TimeLog, contributing to more predictable delivery.

Experienced Project Managerwho thrives in a technical environment
You have a relevant background in engineering, IT, business, or a related field, combined with experience managing complex technical or software development projects across disciplines and functions. You are familiar with software release planning, product delivery, or similar development environments and comfortable managing multiple projects or commitments in parallel. Strong project management capabilities and sufficient technical understanding enable you to identify dependencies and risks in collaboration with the company's specialists. The position is permanent and based at TICRA's office in Copenhagen. English is the working language, and Danish is not required.

You are structured and pragmatic, with the confidence to create progress among highly specialized professionals. You communicate clearly, build trust across functions, and challenge unclear commitments, unrealistic plans, and unresolved ownership in a constructive way.
