Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Denmark is seeking a Project Manager / Process Optimization Manager to join the Nordics Supply Chain team in Vamdrup. You will lead cross-functional logistics projects, drive process optimizations, and plan execution of supply chain strategy while supporting senior leadership.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven analysis, and a collaborative mindset, with travel around 20 days per year. ROCKWOOL is a global leader in stone wool solutions and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering or related field.
• Experience with logistics and supply chain systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional logistics projects aligned with ROCKWOOL strategies.
• Drive process optimizations across supply chain functions.
• Plan and execute the supply chain strategy process.
• Support the supply chain director with problem solving and materials.

As a member of the ROCKWOOL Nordics Supply Chain management team, you will join a group of highly skilled experts dedicated to drive all aspects of the supply chain with high quality in a cost optimal way. To achieve this, we need dedication, skills and teamwork. In the team we trust, support and help each other.

What you will be doing :

As our new Supply chain process optimization manager, you will be responsibility for leading and managing logistics projects and process optimizations. Your key responsibilities include :

• Leading cross functional projects in alignment with ROCKWOOL’s values and strategies.
• Drive process optimizations across supply chain functions.
• Take lead in planning and execution of the supply chain strategy process.
• Support the supply chain director in cross functional problem solving, preparing presentation materials and follow up on management team actions.
• Prepare analysis to support data driven decisions across functions.
• Support functional managers in supply chain with process optimizations.
• Plan and conduct Supply Chain audits within safety, operations and digital execution.
• Represent Supply Chain in the lean community in ROCKWOOL.

• Willingness to travel, approximately 20 days per year
