• Proven track record delivering M&A integration initiatives.
• Strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end PMO governance and prioritisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and interdependencies.
• Develop and execute integration roadmaps for acquisitions.
• Provide SteerCo reporting and executive updates.
• Build and improve PMO playbooks and governance templates.
