Job summary

LTM is seeking a Program Director/Delivery Executive to lead enterprise-scale insurance and financial services programmes. You will partner with C-suite and internal leadership to drive delivery excellence, accelerate customer value, and ensure measurable business outcomes across multi-workstream initiatives.

You will apply deep insurance/financial services fluency, commercial discipline, and an AI-native delivery model to shorten customer time-to-value and grow the account.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience leading complex enterprise software programmes, with at least 5 years in senior delivery leadership.
• Experience in insurance or financial technology environments.
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 is required; SAFe knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Programme delivery from initiation through planning, execution, and closure within time, scope and budget across all workstreams.
• Own time-to-value baselines and drive milestones to shorten delivery timelines.
• Drive AI-led SaaS delivery velocity with a configuration-over-customisation approach.
• Own commercial outcomes and NRR contribution with Customer Success; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional, global teams including offshore resources and SI partners; mentor the PM team.
