Job summary

Arla Kruså Dairy is seeking a Production Optimization Specialist to drive packaging operation improvements using data analytics, digital tools, and AI-based solutions. You will collaborate with Packaging Engineers and cross-functional teams to turn tests and data into practical improvements.

The role emphasizes SAP-related tasks, master data quality, and adoption of digital technologies in a production environment at Kruså.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and follow up tests of packaging, labels, printers and labelling solutions with documentation of results and decisions.
• Analyze production data to identify losses, bottlenecks, causes of stops and improvement opportunities related to changes, uptime, waste, quality and traceability.
• Identify and test digital and automated solutions, including AI-based tools, to create measurable value for the operation.
• Support SAP processes and develop capabilities towards becoming a SAP Super User for packaging.
• Contribute to the correct use and quality assurance of relevant master data and production data.

If you bring a structured approach, technical understanding and enjoy collaborating across functions, you could be our new Production Optimization Specialist for Packaging and Digital Development for Kruså Dairy.

Kruså Dairy produces around 30,000 tons of white cheese each year for markets across the world. We are on an exciting development journey where digitalization, automation and sustainable packaging solutions are playing an increasingly important role in our daily operations.

How you will make an impact

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development of our packaging operation. You will have a broad network across the site and work closely with our Packaging Engineer as well as colleagues in Production, Quality, Maintenance and IT. Your focus will be to turn tests, production data and new technology into practical improvements.

• Plan, coordinate and follow up on tests of packaging, labels, printers and labelling solutions, ensuring that results, deviations, decisions and follow-up actions are documented.

• Analyze production data to identify losses, bottlenecks, causes of stops and improvement opportunities related to change over time, uptime, waste, quality and traceability.

• Identify and test relevant digital and automated solutions, including AI-based tools, where they can create measurable value for the operation.

• Support SAP processes and continuously build your capabilities towards becoming a SAP Super User for the packaging area.

• Contribute to the correct use and quality assurance of relevant master data and production data.
