Job summary

EPAM Systems in Copenhagen is seeking a Product Owner Data Analytics for Life Sciences to shape data products that support business decisions. In this hybrid role you connect business priorities with technical delivery, refining the Data Products roadmap and backlog in close collaboration with the Delivery Team.

You will translate needs into STTM definitions, gather data requirements from stakeholders, and report on roadmap value across life sciences domains.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner or Product Management experience
• Life Science domain knowledge
• Experience with data requirements gathering and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM)
• Strong backlog management and roadmap-building skills
• Comfortable working closely with cross-functional delivery teams in an Agile setting

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Data Products roadmap and overall data products strategy
• Gather, define and prioritize data requirements with business and commercial stakeholders
• Own Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) definition and sign-off with the Delivery Team
• Translate business needs into a prioritized, well-groomed backlog
• Work in deep, daily connection with the Delivery Team to unblock and sequence delivery
• Bring Life Science domain context to shape product decisions
• Report on roadmap progress and data product value to stakeholders
