Trioworld in Nyborg, Denmark, is seeking a Product Manager to own a product line, translate market and customer insights into commercial priorities, and work with sales, R&D and procurement across our international organisation.
You will monitor market needs, set strategy and roadmap, drive GTM with Sales and Marketing, and develop business cases. The role emphasises analytical thinking, a strong commercial foundation and collaboration.
Do you have a strong commercial mindset and an eye for what creates value for both customers and the business?
At Trioworld, we are looking for a Product Manager to help develop our product portfolio and turn market, customer and competitor insights into clear commercial priorities.
You will join our Product Management team, currently consisting of our Head of Product Management and one Product Manager. As the third member of the team, you will take responsibility for your own product line and work closely with colleagues across our international organisation.
You will work within a clear strategy and direction for Product Management, while bringing your own commercial perspective and ideas to the team. You do not need many years of Product Management experience. What matters is a strong commercial foundation, an analytical mindset and the curiosity to understand our products, customers and markets.
As Product Manager, you will take ownership of your product line with a clear focus on customer value, market opportunities and profitability.
You will stay close to the market, follow changing customer needs, competitors and regulatory developments, and identify opportunities for the portfolio. Together with colleagues across the business, you will turn these insights into clear product priorities and commercial decisions. You are expected to take initiative, drive these priorities forward and turn decisions into concrete actions.
Your key responsibilities include:
A key part of the role is connecting market, product and business. You will therefore work closely with Sales, R&D, Commercial Excellence, Operations and Procurement to ensure that product priorities support both customer needs and our overall business direction.
There is more than one way into this role.
You may already work within Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Category Management or another commercial area. You may also be earlier in your career and ready to take the next step into a role with broader responsibility for products and business.
We imagine that you:
Experience from plastics, packaging or another manufacturing industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you should be curious and motivated to build a solid understanding of our products and our customers' businesses.
As a person, you are commercially curious, analytical and able to see the bigger picture. You ask questions, challenge when relevant and are comfortable making recommendations. You take ownership of your area and follow initiatives through, while knowing when to involve the right colleagues. At the same time, you enjoy working across different functions, building relationships and moving things forward together with others.
At Trioworld, you will get responsibility for your own product line, supported by a clear strategic direction and close collaboration with your Product Management colleagues.
We value people who contribute with their own perspective. As you build your knowledge of the business, you will have the opportunity to challenge, suggest improvements and influence priorities and ways of working within the overall direction of Product Management and Trioworld.
You will join an international company working with one of the major transformations in the plastics industry: increasing circularity and the use of recycled plastics while continuing to deliver solutions that meet demanding requirements for quality and performance.
For you, this means a role at the intersection of markets, customers, technology and business, with the opportunity to develop your Product Management experience and make a visible contribution to our product portfolio and commercial performance.
The position is based at Trioworld in Nyborg, Denmark, and you will work with colleagues and stakeholders across our international organisation.
