Systematic Aarhus is seeking a Product Manager for Mobile Command and Control products to drive the vision and strategy of SitaWare Mobile C2 solutions. You will lead day‑to‑day guidance for the development teams, ensuring features align with field needs and operational realities.
You will champion end‑user input, collaborate with cross‑functional teams across sales, service and marketing, and represent Systematic at conferences and customer visits.
Channel your experience as an army officer into developing products that make a difference in the field. As part of Systematic's Defence Product Management team, you will help shape the future of our SitaWare Mobile Command and Control products - developed for soldiers by someone who understands the job from the inside.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will join the product management team and collaborate closely with the Business Product Manager for our mobile C2 products. Together, you will help define the vision and strategy for our SitaWare Mobile Command and Control products. Ideally, you will bring several years of experience from the armed forces – perhaps as an officer, company commander or in a signals or communications role – or from working closely with defence organisations. As a result, you will have first‑hand insight into military operations, command and control at battalion level and below, and how systems are introduced and used in the field. That operational perspective will enable you to understand the end user and contribute relevant expertise to the development of our mobile C2 products.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

This role will involve approximately 20-30 days of travel a year, visiting customers, Systematic offices and events.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years, as we work on security‑classified projects.
At our Aarhus office, you can look forward to joining our Employees Club, which offers around 100 events a year, both social and professional. Here, you can take advantage of a range of on‑site perks from physiotherapist‑led massages and an in‑house hairdresser to sports clubs, game tables and even our own padel court. Our canteen is a standout feature, serving a daily selection of delicious and healthy dishes. Beyond the office, you will also enjoy benefits like free ARoS +1 access and a variety of shopping discounts.
