Job summary

GN Hearing seeks a Head of Product Cybersecurity to set and mature the cybersecurity framework for GN Hearing products. You will lead governance, ensure regulatory readiness and steer secure development across teams and markets.

You will head a team of cybersecurity architects within the Systems & Technology group, translating global requirements into practical directions and facilitating knowledge sharing and uniform practices across development efforts.

Qualifications

Broad experience with product cybersecurity and secure software development.
Solid understanding of worldwide product cybersecurity regulations and governance.
Hold a relevant cybersecurity certification to support compliance.
Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity topics clearly with cross-functional teams.
Balanced judgement for risk, priorities and implementation.

Responsibilities

Hold overall responsibility for product cybersecurity and set strategic direction.
Monitor and translate global regulations into practical guidance for product teams.
Develop and lead the Hearing Cybersecurity CoE for consistent practices.
Advise development teams on cybersecurity across the product lifecycle.
Follow up on cybersecurity implementation across Agile Release Trains and projects.
Represent Hearing Product Cybersecurity in audits and ensure documented controls.
