GN Group's GN Hearing is seeking a Head of Product Cybersecurity to establish the cybersecurity framework for its products.

You will lead a team of 3 cyber security architects, shape strategy, and ensure regulatory readiness across markets, collaborating with R&D, quality and product teams to embed secure development practices.

The role emphasizes flexible work arrangements with strong emphasis on governance, strategy, and cross-functional coordination across GN Hearing and GN Group.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in product cybersecurity and vulnerability management.
• Solid understanding of worldwide product cybersecurity regulations.
• Certification or equivalent qualifications for regulatory and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hold responsibility for product cybersecurity and set strategic direction.
• Monitor regulations and translate into practical governance and requirements.
• Develop and support the Hearing Cybersecurity CoE for knowledge sharing.
• Advise product teams on secure development and vulnerability management.
• Follow up cybersecurity implementation across development activities and risks.
• Coordinate security handling and disclosure with stakeholders and audits.
