Job summary

TDC NET is looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join the Procurement team in Copenhagen. You will work with data, analysis, reporting and process optimization under the guidance of the Senior Excellence Manager on our roadmap for Processes, Data, Tools and Governance.

We value curiosity and initiative, and you will participate in data-driven decisions, dashboards and ad-hoc tasks while developing skills around AI and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with at least 2 years remaining.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong PowerPoint understanding (Thinkcell knowledge is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.
• Outgoing and proactive, able to engage with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive independent small projects from data crunching to analysis, solution presentation and implementation.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support procurement decisions.
• Maintain and update data in relevant systems.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports for internal use.
• Support creation of RFX events in our procurement tool.
• Collaborate with the team on category management, suppliers, compliance, etc.
