As a Preservation Architect you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Esbjerg Your primary duties will include conducting research on the history and architecture of each site developing preservation plans and overseeing the execution of restoration projects You will also collaborate with other architects engineers and contractors to ensure the preservation work meets all necessary requirements and regulations The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural history excellent project management skills and attention to detail This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research on the history and architectural significance of historical sites in Esbjerg
• Developing preservation plans that meet all necessary requirements and regulations
• Overseeing the execution of restoration projects including managing timelines and budgets
• Collaborating with other architects engineers and contractors to ensure successful completion of preservation work
• Providing guidance on conservation techniques and materials used for restoration purposes
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all preservation work for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledge of architectural history conservation techniques and materials used for restoration purposes
• Previous experience working on preservation projects preferred but not required
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients from different backgrounds
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in preservation plans and execution of projects
