Preservation Architect

Our architectural firm in Odense is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the preservation and restoration of historical buildings, monuments, and sites.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough research on historical buildings and sites to understand their historical significance and construction methods
• Developing preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute preservation projects
• Inspecting and assessing the condition of historical structures and determining necessary repairs or restorations
• Creating detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
• Ensuring that all restoration work is done in accordance with conservation principles and techniques
• Supervising construction work to ensure quality and adherence to preservation plans
• Maintaining accurate records of all preservation projects

Requirements
