Qualifications

• Plan and perform rough and finish turning, drilling, tapping, boring, facing, recessing, thread cutting and similar machining operations.

Responsibilities

• Work from drawings, route sheets, specifications and instructions to determine operational sequence; set tools in cross slides or tail stock; select and set speeds and feeds according to the type of material and finish requirements; move selector lever or change gears for thread cutting.
