Job summary

DTU is seeking a Postdoc to help build a European reference point for regenerative food systems by linking research, technology, education, entrepreneurship, policy, and ecosystem partners.

Embedded in the DTU Regenerative Food Systems Initiative, the postdoc will investigate how regenerative innovations emerge, how actors collaborate, and how ventures become investable and scalable with positive environmental and social impacts.

Qualifications

• PhD in a field such as entrepreneurship, innovation studies, sustainability transitions, or food systems.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Curiosity about regenerative food-system transitions and ecosystem entrepreneurship.
• Ability to engage with researchers, industry, policymakers, and civil society.
• Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct empirical and conceptual research and apply qualitative/quantitative methods.
• Engage with stakeholders and analyse ecosystem and innovation-system dynamics.
• Disseminate findings through leading international journals and practitioner channels.
• Contribute to ecosystem mapping, cases, challenges, workshops, and funding opportunities.
• Collaborate across disciplines and engage with real-world food, tech, entrepreneurial systems.
