Job summary

Aalborg University - AAU Energy is seeking a Postdoc in testing of electrochemical cells focused on PEM water electrolysis and membranes for water purification. You will conduct experimental design, test campaigns and data analysis, publish in international journals and present at conferences, and contribute to new research directions in a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• PhD level or equivalent with research in PEM electrolysis, membranes, or related fields.
• Experience with electrochemical testing, experimental design and process control.
• Proven ability to publish in leading international peer-reviewed journals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on water electrolysis and membrane water treatment focusing on testing and modeling electrochemical cells and membranes.
• Design and run test campaigns, analyze data, and disseminate results in journals and at conferences.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and supervise students if required.
• Contribute to new research directions and apply for external funding as needed.
