Qualifications

  • Familiarity with structural optimization approaches (sizing, shape, topology).
  • Ability to present research clearly in papers and at conferences.
  • International collaboration and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced research and contribute to teaching within composites and sandwich structures.
  • Develop and apply finite element models for static strength, fatigue, and optimization.
  • Engage in design for manufacturing, sustainability and robust optimization integrated into research.
  • Publish results and present at conferences; collaborate with industrial partners as appropriate.
  • Coordinate teaching and supervision across bachelor and master level courses.
