Responsibilities

• Quantify microbial traits from metagenomes to inform microbial‑explicit modeling.
• Implement microbial decomposition of soil organic matter in LPJ‑GUESS.
• Collaborate with microbial ecologists, biogeochemists and ecosystem modelers.
• Perform bioinformatics analyses and contribute to data pipelines.
