Job summary

Aarhus University, Department of Biology, seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to advance data integration and visualization of biodiversity dynamics. The project links ecological data, geospatial analyses and remote sensing to quantify drivers of biodiversity change in Denmark and Europe.

Qualifications

• PhD in biology, earth system, or data science or similar field.
• Experience integrating ecological and environmental data across scales.
• Proven ability to publish at high international level.

Responsibilities

• Integrate large biodiversity datasets with geospatial and remote sensing sources.
• Develop and apply methods to understand biodiversity change under global change drivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance biodiversity science in Europe.
