Job summary

Voi seeks a Public Policy Manager for Denmark to shape regulatory and political outcomes for micromobility in a key market. You will build relationships with politicians, city officials, and authorities, analyse regulatory developments, and influence local legislation aligned with Voi's strategic objectives.

You will drive city outreach, support cross-functional teams, and participate in industry initiatives to promote safe and sustainable micromobility, while translating business priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in politics, consultancy, public administration, or interest organisations in Denmark.
• Bachelor degree in political science, law, business or related field.
• Professional fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to summarise complex political issues clearly.
• Proven project management and negotiation skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Structured, analytical approach to trends and regulatory impacts on business.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional project management.
• Commercial understanding to translate business priorities into political/regulatory objectives.
• Mobility sector experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including politicians, city officials, transport operators, and authorities in Denmark.
• Monitor and analyse political and regulatory developments to recommend priorities and actions.
• Influence legislation and local regulations in line with strategic objectives and sustainability goals.
• Drive outreach to new cities and coordinate pilot and tender processes for micromobility services.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Organise industry initiatives, roundtables, and stakeholder meetings to promote safe, sustainable micromobility.
• Use data and research to demonstrate benefits of micromobility to decision-makers.
• Support PR and communications in the region regarding local policy developments.
• Monitor and manage public opinion to defend our vision and actions in public discourse.
• Develop strategic partnerships with public authorities, operators, associations, academia, and civil society.
