Qualifications

• Must have a biometric passport.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to learn from experienced plasterers.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist plasterers with mixing and applying plaster on walls ceilings and other surfaces
• Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper and ensuring they are smooth and clean
• Clean up job sites by removing debris covering furniture and floors and protecting surrounding areas
• Carry materials and tools to different work areas as needed
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
• Learn from experienced plasterers and ask questions when necessary
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
