PrestigeArch Luxembourg is seeking a Plasterer Apprentice in Esbjerg, Denmark, to support experienced plasterers and learn the trade on the job.

You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply plaster, smooth finishes, and assist with texture work while developing hands-on skills. No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided, with accommodation in Esbjerg or relocation assistance and visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions closely.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
• Must have accommodation in Esbjerg or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plasterers with their daily tasks.
• Prepare surfaces by removing old paint or wallpaper.
• Mix and apply plaster to walls, ceilings and other surfaces.
• Smooth and level plaster to create a smooth finish.
• Use hand tools or spray equipment to apply texture to surfaces.
• Clean up work area after completing jobs.
• Learn techniques for repairing cracks, holes and other imperfections in walls or ceilings.
