Job summary

VitalEssence Spa in Esbjerg is seeking a skilled plasterer to join our team. You will prepare surfaces, mix plaster, and apply finishes to walls and ceilings, using hand tools or spray techniques to achieve smooth results.

This full-time role requires reliability, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Accommodation, visa sponsorship, and a paid round-trip ticket are provided to support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience as a plasterer is preferred but not required.
• Able to work full-time with flexible hours.
• Own tools and equipment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing and repairing imperfections.
• Mix plaster according to instructions.
• Apply plaster using hand tools or spray gun techniques.
• Create smooth finishes by removing bumps or uneven areas.
• Repair cracks or damages in plasterwork.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times on job sites.
• Communicate progress and issues with team and clients.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Plasterer you will be responsible for applying plaster and creating smooth finishes on walls, ceilings and other structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Plasterer is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work full time and have flexible hours
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create smooth finishes
• Knowledge of different types of plaster and how to apply them
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Willingness to learn new techniques and tools
• Must be able to provide your own tools and equipment

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning smoothing and repairing any imperfections or damages
• Mix plaster according to instructions or specific requirements
• Apply plaster using hand tools or spray gun techniques
• Create smooth finishes by smoothing out any bumps or uneven areas with trowels or other tools
• Repair any cracks or damages in existing plasterwork
• Follow safety guidelines at all times while working on job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job progress and any issues that may arise
