Job summary

Charm Connect in Aalborg, Denmark is seeking a skilled plasterer to apply and finish plaster on walls, ceilings and surfaces. You will prepare surfaces, mix materials, and ensure a smooth, even texture.

The ideal candidate has proven plastering experience, reads blueprints, works independently or with a team, and is physically fit. This role welcomes part-time or seasonal candidates and does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plasterer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in plastering techniques such as skim coating or rendering.
• Ability to read blueprints or drawings.
• Physical stamina to stand long and lift heavy materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Own reliable transportation preferred.
• Open to non-Danish candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning debris.
• Mix plaster or other materials according to ratios.
• Apply plaster smoothly and evenly using trowels or other tools.
• Smooth out rough spots or ridges.
• Create decorative textures using different techniques such as stenciling or stamping.
• Repair damaged areas by applying new layers of plaster.
• Prepare surfaces for painting or wallpapering by sanding and priming.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

A plasterer is responsible for applying and smoothing plaster or other materials to walls ceilings and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish They may also be responsible for repairing damaged surfaces and preparing them for painting or wallpapering The ideal candidate should have experience in plastering techniques and be able to work efficiently and accurately This job is suitable for individuals who are physically fit detail-oriented and have a strong eye for aesthetics

• Prepare surfaces for painting or wallpapering by sanding priming or applying sealants

Salary 1500$ per month

Location Aalborg Denmark open to non-Danish candidates
