Scania Danmark invites you to join as Planning & Delivery Engineer to shape cross-functional workflows within Build Up. You will translate ideas into practical ways of working, driving structure, delivery, and stakeholder facilitation across Sales, Production and IT.

You will collaborate with the Build Up Manager to improve collaboration, develop strategy and ensure customer-focused delivery. The role offers exposure to international projects, travel, and a competitive Danish salary with

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, supply, economy or similar.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Inspiring others and driving excellence.
Leading change with structured, analytical approach.
Willing to travel and communicate fluently in Danish & English.

Responsibilities

Drive business development within Build Up and lead mindset transformation toward production-oriented culture.
Enhance cooperation with European Customer Delivery Centres.
Develop and update ways of working for standardized, efficient kit-based pricing.
Participate in analysis and development of Build Up strategies and mandates.
