At Scania Denmark, we are building the way of working for the coming decades. We start from a strong position as a preferred partner for our customers — and from a culture where customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility and continuous improvement guide the way we work. Now we want to strengthen the full Build Up value chain even further, and we are looking for a colleague who wants to help us shape the next step.
Transport is changing fast. New technologies, electrification, harmonised ways of working, aligned IT systems and business solutions are reshaping how we support our customers. In Build Up, this means working even closer with Sales, Pre-Sales, European production sites and internal stakeholders to create customer-tailored solutions, transparent workflows and stronger collaboration from first idea to final delivery. This is a newly established role where you can make a real difference - for our customers, for your colleagues and for Scania Denmark.
You will become part of a skilled and supportive team that values openness, practical problem solving and strong relationships across the organisation. Together with colleagues in Sales, regional production sites, global functions and Scania Denmark, you will help turn customer needs into solutions that are well coordinated, commercially strong and easy to deliver.
As our new Planning & Delivery Engineer, you will bring structure, drive and curiosity into a role that combines project execution, business planning and stakeholder facilitation. You will work closely with the Build Up Manager to develop the strategy, improve cross-functional collaboration and translate ideas into practical ways of working that make us more agile, proactive and customer-focused.
We know that understanding Scania takes time. That is why we will plan a thorough introduction where you spend time in selected workshops, meet the colleagues who will use your deliverables and get to know the functions across Scania Denmark. We believe in going slow to move fast - giving you the right foundation to succeed and grow in the role.
At Scania, people matter. We believe that people create results together - through respect, trust and a shared ambition to deliver the best possible customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium products and services in a business that is moving fast. For the right candidate, it can also be an important first step in a long and meaningful career at Scania. We offer acompetitive salary aligned with your qualifications, along with attractive employee benefits, a pension scheme, and private health insurance. Your primary workplace can be either in Ishøj, Vojens or Århus.
