Job summary

Normal A/S is seeking a Team Leader for our Hedensted warehouse to lead a team of pickers and picking coordinators, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and drive performance with coaching and structure.

You will recruit and onboard new teammates, plan manpower, monitor safety and compliance, and collaborate with other warehouse teams to keep the operation moving. English fluency is required, and the role is full-time dayshift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in picking, logistics or warehousing.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to plan manpower and schedules and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and developing a team of pickers and picking coordinators.
• Creating clarity, structure and direction in the daily operation.
• Motivating and guiding your team through feedback, coaching and everyday support.
• Planning manpower needs and managing schedules.
• Recruiting and onboarding the right people for the team.
• Following up on picking performance, safety and compliance with our standards.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and turning ideas into practical solutions.
• Working closely with other warehouse departments to keep things running smoothly.
• Acting as a role model and leading from the front.
