Job summary

NORMAL is seeking a Team Leader for our Hedensted warehouse. You will lead a team of pickers and coordinators, ensuring clear direction and a smooth evening operation. Your role is to coach, plan, and build a capable team while maintaining safety and standards across a busy, multinational logistics environment.

You will motivate staff, manage schedules, recruit, and drive continuous improvement. English communication is required, and you will be a visible, hands-on leader on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in picking, logistics or warehousing.
• Strong people development and coaching abilities.
• Confident English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and developing a team of pickers and picking coordinators.
• Creating clarity, structure and direction in the daily operation.
• Motivating and guiding your team through feedback and coaching.
• Planning manpower needs and managing schedules.
• Recruiting and onboarding the right people for the team.
• Following up on picking performance, safety and compliance with standards.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and turning ideas into practical solutions.
• Recognising and celebrating the team's impact on the operation.
• Collaborating with other warehouse departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Being an engaged leader who steps in when needed.
