Qualifications

• You must have a two-year master's degree (120 ECTS) in biotechnology, microbiology, biochemical engineering or molecular biology.
• Hands-on experience with metabolic engineering of yeasts.
• Excellent command of English and strong scientific writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and carry out experiments, analyze data, publish results and present at international conferences.
• Participate in courses equivalent to 30 ECTS and a 3–6 month research stay abroad.
• Contribute to teaching MSc/BSc courses and supervising students.
• Collaborate closely with the Yeast Metabolic Engineering group and BRIGHT Institute.
