Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning.
• Experience handling and analyzing large-scale biological or health datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply machine learning and foundation-model approaches for large-scale health and genomic data.
• Integrate clinical, microbiome, and genomic data to study adenoma progression and cancer risk.
• Develop representations of patient trajectories and microbial communities using AI and bioinformatics methods.
