Job summary

Ascendis Pharma A/S is seeking a QA Associate/QA Professional based in Hellerup, Denmark, to manage complaint processes for marketed and clinical-stage products. The role collaborates globally within the Complaint Management Department and reports to the Director QA.

You will handle complaints in Veeva QMS, contribute to quality improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance across product portfolios, including endocrinology and oncology programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in the life science/healthcare industry and familiarity with GMP regulations.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with complaint handling for pharma devices or drug-device products is a plus.

Responsibilities
