Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a passionate QA Associate/QA Professional to join the Complaint Management Department in Hellerup, Denmark. You will manage complaint processes for marketed and clinical-stage products and collaborate globally with cross-functional teams and CMOs.

You will support complaint handling in Veeva QMS and drive quality improvements while ensuring compliance with GMP. Strong English skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Natural Science with 2–5 years' experience in life science healthcare.
• Experience working with GMP regulations.
• Experience with complaint handling for pharmaceutical products, medical devices and/or drug-device combinations.
• Proficient written and spoken English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Complaint handling in Veeva QMS, including support, coordination and stakeholder contact.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
