Job summary

NIVI Development (NIVI-D) is seeking a People & Operations Manager to shape structure, processes and culture in a growing organization. You will blend recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day operations to support evolving needs.

The role offers hands-on responsibility, exposure to budgeting and policy development, and close collaboration with the CEO and external partners, with Copenhagen as a base.

Qualifications

• Educational background in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in People Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, or similar.
• Hands-on recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Experience with employee-related processes and organizational development.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with good liaison across the organization.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes from posting to onboarding with hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain employee lifecycle processes and handbook.
• Update policies and guidelines and identify new employee initiatives.
• Assist with yearly budgeting and budget follow-up.
• Coordinate with external service providers and support functions.
• Provide ad hoc support to the CEO and NIVI-D staff.
