Job summary

SD Worx Danmark is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Expert to lead end-to-end payroll delivery in Denmark. You will own the country payroll template, stay compliant with local tax regulations, and advise clients while collaborating with internal teams to drive improvements.

You will own SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, manage complex queries, and lead implementations and testing. Fluency in English and Danish is required, with a passion for continuous learning and best practice sharing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a payroll outsourcing or shared services environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (EC, ECP, PCC).
• Deep knowledge of local payroll legislation, tax regulations, and payroll operations.
• Experience with expatriate and international payroll processes is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and the local country language.

As an SAP Payroll Expert at SD Worx, you will be the go-to specialist for payroll delivery, compliance, and client advisory within your country. You will own the country payroll template, provide strategic payroll expertise, and help shape our payroll solutions and service roadmap.
