Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from VIA university or equivalent.
• Solid experience in pattern construction, grading and garment development.
• Strong technical understanding of fit, sizing and measurement specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop patterns for new styles and refine existing products.
• Construct base sizes and perform grading across size ranges.
• Create and maintain measurement charts and technical specifications.
• Conduct fittings, evaluate prototypes, and provide feedback on samples and size sets.
• Collaborate with Pattern Design team and international partners on technical aspects.
• Utilize 3D tools for virtual fittings, pattern development, and design proposals.
