Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Kalundborg is seeking an Advanced Laboratory Technician for the PAT team to advance spectroscopy-based process analytics from lab to manufacturing scale. You will work closely with scientists, engineers, and technicians to mature NIR, Raman, FT-IR, UV, and fluorescence methods and to implement PAT solutions across API manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Education as Laboratory Technician (Laborant) or equivalent.
• Experience performing spectroscopic analyses (NIR, Raman, FT-IR, UV, fluorescence).
• Experience operating, maintaining and qualifying analytical instruments.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute experiments including sample prep and spectroscopic analyses (NIR, Raman, FT-IR, UV, fluorescence).
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and qualify analytical instruments to ensure reliable results.
• Support evaluation, testing and implementation of new PAT technologies and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects and technology transfers.
• Contribute to development and operation of the PAT laboratory for manufacturing readiness.
