• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain necessary stock levels
• Training and supervising junior pastry chefs
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety standards
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pastry chef preferably in a boutique bakery setting
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to create unique flavor combinations while maintaining traditional recipes
