Job summary

Merkle Denmark A/S is seeking a proactive Student Assistant to join the Operations team in a part‑time capacity. You will help plan staff across departments, maintain data quality in our systems, and support reporting on productivity and profitability to ensure smooth delivery across the business.

The role offers hybrid work options and hands‑on experience in agency operations, project support, and data quality maintenance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with at least 1 year left.
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Fluent in Danish and Comfortable in English.
• Available to work 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing Staffing and Planning: Maintain project and resource plans.
• Help coordinate availability and assignments across departments.
• Ensure Data Quality: Conduct checks to ensure data accuracy across operational systems.
• Support cleanup tasks and document key processes.
• Operational Reporting: Contribute to productivity and profitability analysis across teams.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and summaries for internal use.
• General Operations Support: Collaborate with the PMO and Commercial Operations team on ad hoc tasks.
• Learn and work in tools like Workbook, Workfront, Excel.
