Job summary

KOSMOS is seeking a hands-on Finance & Career Bookkeeping Manager for maternity cover across Denmark and Ireland. The role centers on day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT, monthly and quarterly reporting, and year-end support in a growing international SME.

You will own e-conomic bookkeeping, perform reconciliations, chase overdue invoices, and provide management reporting, with a 2–3 day week and potential part-time or interim engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience in SME or professional services.
• Strong working knowledge of e-conomic for posting, reconciliations and reporting.
• Fluent English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for the Danish business and support Ireland.
• Record and categorize transactions in e-conomic.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and keep records accurate.
