Part-Time Construction Manager

Location: Vejle, Denmark

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Vejle on a part-time basis. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
• Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related field

Salary: The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
