Job summary

Workato is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. This part-time position focuses on analyzing and evaluating our computer systems and procedures to ensure efficiency, with opportunities to implement new systems or upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, and knowledge of biometric passport technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of biometric passport technology is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java C++ or Python.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing computer systems and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with IT team to develop new systems or upgrade existing ones.
• Test new systems and upgrades to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems.
• Document system processes procedures and user manuals.
• Train employees on how to use new systems or upgrades.
