Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of companys current computer systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization


• Develop solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design new computer systems


• Create technical documentation including system specifications diagrams and user manuals


• Test and implement new systems ensuring they meet quality standards and user requirements


• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems when needed


• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for system improvements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field


• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role

• Experience working with biometric passport technology is preferred but not required
