• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit.
• Good knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and develop design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for commercial building projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers and other professionals for project success.
