Job summary

Georg Jensen in Copenhagen is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and present the brand’s design heritage. You will engage customers, explain product stories, and support a premium shopping environment at Amagertorv 4.

The role requires prior retail or customer service experience, a passion for high-quality design, and strong interpersonal skills. Hours are 8–15 per week, with potential for growth and employee discounts on Georg Jensen products.

• Maintain a visually appealing store environment with well-presented displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and feedback to exceed expectations and build relationships.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Use storytelling to engage customers and drive sales.
