Job summary

Halfspace, part of Faculty, helps organisations use AI to make better decisions. Copenhagen-based role with flexibility to work from home and a preference for office presence.

As part of the Strategy and Execution team, you will translate AI priorities into practical initiatives, work with clients and internal teams, and connect data platforms, governance, and model development to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Approximately two to six years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, advisory, or equivalent roles.
• Comfort working with senior decision-makers and contributing to strategic conversations.
• Clear, effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading workstreams and/or projects.
• Experience contributing to digital, AI, or data strategy at organizational level.
• Understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem; technical depth is a plus.

At Halfspace, part of Faculty, we help organisations use artificial intelligence to make better, more informed decisions, faster. As a member of our Strategy and Execution team, you will help organisations translate AI plans, priorities, and goals into practical outcomes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, shape AI roadmaps, and support the successful implementation of AI and data-driven initiatives.

You understand that AI does not operate in isolation. It sits within an ecosystem of data platforms, engineering capabilities, model development, system integration, governance, and organisational adoption. You can navigate and connect these components so AI initiatives move from idea to scalable implementation.

You will work alongside engineers, scientists, and strategists, combining technical depth with designing impactful solutions for our clients. We value depth, flexibility, trust and balance. Qualifications

• Approximately two to six years of relevant experience in strategy, digital transformation, advisory, or equivalent roles. Ideally within consulting. However, the exact path and number of years matter less to us than the depth and type of what you have worked on.
• Comfort working alongside senior decision-makers and contributing thoughtfully to strategic conversations.
• Clear communication, across technical and non-technical audiences. Efficient in managing stakeholder in a postive way.
• Experience with project work and leading individual workstreams and/or projects.
• Experience contributing to digital, AI, or data strategy work, ideally at organisational level.
• A solid understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem and a technical depth in AI or data. This is an advantage, not a requirement. Your core value lies in connecting the pieces and translating them into business outcomes.
• A collaborative default: you lift the people around you and create success within the team instead of focusing on individual performance.

Compensation and Working Arrangements
