Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Physically fit to stand, bend, lift and climb for extended periods.

Painter Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Painter Supervisor to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a contract job, this position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month. Our ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Painter and be able to lead a team of painters effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate painting projects, including selecting appropriate materials and equipment
• Supervise and train painting staff, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and ensure project deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Maintain inventory of painting supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working condition
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Painter or in a similar supervisory role
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals
• Strong knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and equipment
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and climb for extended periods of time

Preferences

• Experience working on commercial or industrial painting projects is preferred but not required
• Nationality or location preference is not mandatory but candidates who are willing to relocate will be given priority
