Job summary

SafeHarbor Logistics seeks a skilled Painter Supervisor to lead a team of painters in Horsens, Denmark. This contract role offers a competitive monthly salary and the chance to manage painting projects from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of painting or supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will ensure quality, safety, and deadlines while coordinating with clients and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Painter or in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide a team.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Physically fit to stand, bend, lift and climb for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate painting projects, including selecting materials and equipment.
• Supervise and train painting staff, ensuring quality workmanship and safety protocols.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to understand painting needs and address concerns.
• Maintain inventory of painting supplies and equipment and ensure they are well-maintained.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
