Job summary

To Øl ApS in Svinninge is seeking a Full-time Packaging Operator to pack world-class beer into various containers while ensuring quality control. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, a technical aptitude, and ideally a forklift license.

As part of a dedicated team, you will troubleshoot equipment, maintain production schedules, and keep the workplace organized. Your proficiency in both English and Danish is preferred. A culture of freedom with responsibility defines our workplace.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in brewing, food or beverage production.
• Valid forklift driver’s license (preferable).

Full‑time Packaging Operator at To Øl, Svinninge.

Role Overview

As a Packaging Operator you will pack world‑class beer into cans, bottles and kegs, troubleshoot the process, perform minor maintenance, and keep filling equipment running smoothly in partnership with technicians and our People Manager.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment on bottle, can, and keg lines.
• Adjust and maintain machines to minimise potential downtime.
• Maintain quality control throughout the entire process.
• Adhere to the production schedule and ensure all orders are completed correctly, with proper packaging, label, and batch information.
• Troubleshoot line issues in close collaboration with the People Manager and equipment suppliers.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks within the packaging and brewing team, including maintenance as needed.
• Keep the workplace clean and tidy during and after the day.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in brewing, food or beverage production.
• Technical aptitude and a willingness to work with machinery.
• Valid forklift driver’s licence (preferable).
• Fluency in both English and Danish (preferable).

Work Conditions

Full‑time position within the Industrial Agreement. The role offers strong teamwork with opportunities for independence and decision‑making.
