ABENA seeks a Packaging Compliance Specialist to shape how we work with packaging compliance (PPWR) across our global organization. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions and drive progress by aligning cross-functional processes, data, and systems.

In this role you will partner with stakeholders, manage documentation gaps, and help establish scalable approaches for data collection and reporting.

• Experience implementing complex cross-functional compliance framework projects.
• Ability to create structure in evolving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and constructive challenge skills.
• Experience translating technical or regulatory requirements into operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate PPWR and other packaging requirements into practical business requirements.
• Drive alignment across functions, systems, processes, and documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish sustainable, practical solutions.
• Assess compliance risks and documentation gaps across the organization.
• Contribute to scalable packaging data collection, documentation, and reporting.
• Act as trusted compliance partner for internal and external stakeholders.
